Cingkrik


Cingkrik is one of silat Betawi flow. Because some major movement in the flow of this silat is hopping on one foot (Betawi people call Jejingkrikan), silat is called Jingkrik or Cingkrik. Habib Utsman Bin Abdullah Bin Aqil Bin Yahya (Mufti Betawi)



Habib Ustman bin Yahya was born in Pekojan, West Jakarta on 17 Jumadil Awwal 1238 AH or 1822 AD His father was Abdullah bin Aqeel bin Umar bin Aqeel bin Syech bin Abdulrahman bin Ahmad bin Aqeel binYahya. Si Doel Anak Betawi


Si Doel Anak Betawi is a family drama produced in Indonesia in 1973 and directed by Sjuman Djaja. The film stars among others, by Rano Karno, Tutie Kirana and Benjamin S..

This film is based on the novel by Aman Datuk Madjoindo the same title.


Si Doel (Rano Karno) if his mother was raised (Tuti Kirana) and father (Benyamin S.) following the Betawi culture. Because of an accident, his father died so he lived alone with his mother. Si Doel help her mother sell to continue living. At one point comes a relief from Asmad (Sjuman Djaya), his uncle who later accepted as his father. Museum Fatahillah

The museum is often called the Museum Fatahilah, but its official name is the Jakarta History Museum. As the name implies, is showing the way digedung Jakarta since ancient city of Batavia. Colonial-style buildings with the surroundings are charming old buildings.

This museum was originally the City Hall Building (Staadhuis) in Batavia first built in 1627 (additional to the original buildings built between the years 1705 to 1715). In 1970 the building was renovated and on April 4, 1974, was inaugurated as the Jakarta History Museum.




Apart from being Staadhuis, this building is also a College van Schepen (Municipal Council) which handles a variety of criminal and civil cases antarwarga city of Batavia.
